As a Regional Manager, Alayna oversees the Massachusetts advising team. She spent her first two years with uAspire as a college affordability advisor, supporting high school students in the Greater Boston area. Alayna is a first-generation college graduate from the University of New Hampshire where she obtained her BA in sociology and women's and gender studies. I chose to work at uAspire because as a first-generation college graduate, I understand how difficult the college process can be and how expensive it is to obtain a degree. All individuals should have access to higher education opportunities and I believe uAspire is an organization working to make that a reality.
