Bill McClements is Chief Financial and Operations at Partner Therapeutics, a commercial oncology-focused biotechnology company.  Prior to Partner Therapeutics, he led Corporate Operations at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Integreon.

For much of his career, Bill was a Partner at Monitor Group. For more than fifteen years, Bill played leadership roles at Monitor, including overseeing human resources and serving as COO. Bill has served as a strategic advisor for several non-profit organizations and as a key advisor in the startup of New Profit Inc., as well as a member of that organization’s Board. Bill also served as Acting President of Be The Change, Inc.

Bill graduated from Williams College and Harvard Business School.
