Bill McClements is Chief Financial Officer at St. Andrew's School (Delaware).  Bill has served in operational, financial and human resources leadership roles for over 30 years.  Prior to his role at St. Andrew's, Bill served as Chief Financial and Operations at Partner Therapeutics, a commercial oncology-focused biotechnology company. Prior to Partner Therapeutics, he led Corporate Operations at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, an oncology-focused biotechnology company.

For much of his career, Bill was a Partner at Monitor Group. For more than fifteen years, Bill played leadership roles at Monitor, including overseeing human resources and serving as COO. Bill has served as a strategic advisor for several non-profit organizations and as a key advisor in the startup of New Profit Inc., as well as a member of that organization’s Board. Bill also served as Acting President of Be The Change, Inc.  Bill has served on the uAspire board since 2007 including seven years as chair of the board.

Bill graduated from Williams College and Harvard Business School.
