As Chief Financial Officer, Casandra oversees all financial operations at uAspire, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and risk management. She plays a critical role in supporting uAspire's mission by ensuring the organization’s fiscal health and long-term sustainability.

Casandra brings over 25 years of experience in financial management to uApire. She began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP and at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. Casandra worked as a senior accountant with Carondelet Health System before joining the American Association of Orthodontists in 2003 where she was a Senior Manager of Accounting & Finance, eventually becoming Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Most recently, she served as Chief Financial Officer at INROADS, Inc. where she led significant initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Casandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Duquesne University and a Master of Business Administration from Lindenwood University. uAspire is making a profound impact on the lives of students, their families, and the generations that follow.
