Dolly Mecham
Senior Manager of Development Operations
In her role as Senior Manager of Development Operations, Dolly supports the Development Team in the implementation and maintenance of all systems across the department as well as ensuring ongoing alignment with uAspire's strategic plan. She partners with leadership across uAspire to ensure the sustained growth of our philanthropic partnerships and the ongoing management of revenue in service of the organizations mission.
Before joining uAspire, Dolly worked as the development coordinator for a refugee post-resettlement agency in Rhode Island, developing her skills in donor relations and nonprofit funding. She has eight years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations and received her Bachelors degree in Political Science.
The work that uAspire does is critical to ensure that there is equity in higher education. I experienced the obstacles of navigating admissions coming from a low-income background and know that there are many additional intersecting barriers for others. uAspire's mission to alleviate these hardships is one of the many reasons I believe the work that we do is so important in changing the landscape for students and graduates.
