As Senior Vice President of Development, Hallie leads the strategic growth of the philanthropic program at uAspire, focusing on building relationships and innovative strategies to secure vital resources for our mission. Hallie plays a pivotal role in shaping uAspire’s fundraising landscape by executing comprehensive fundraising initiatives that encompass individual giving, major gifts, corporate sponsorships, regional foundations, institutional giving, and special events.

 In her role, Hallie also manages the development team while ensuring close alignment between regional and national partnerships and fundraising efforts.

I chose to work at uAspire because of the organization's long history and deep dedication to empowering students in pursuing higher education, aligning perfectly with my personal commitment to breaking down financial barriers to postsecondary success.
