Hallie Hanson serves as Chief Development Officer at uAspire, where she leads fundraising strategy with nearly 15 years of experience driving growth and impact. Before joining uAspire, Hallie was CDO at Coney Island Prep—steering a $10 million capital campaign, securing $4 million annually in philanthropic support, and elevating the school’s public presence—and was the inaugural lead fundraiser at UnboundEd, partnering with leadership to raise $7 million toward a $10 million budget. Early in her career, she directed institutional giving at the Student Leadership Network, consistently generating $3 million per year.

As an entrepreneur, she founded daLAIT, earning a patent for an inclusive nursing product. With deep expertise in strategic planning, communications, and donor engagement—and a steadfast commitment to equity and access—Hallie is driving uAspire’s development efforts into a bold new chapter. She holds a B.A. from Vassar College and an M.P.P. from the University of Michigan.
