Hallie Hanson is the Vice President of Development for uAspire's New York region, leading fundraising efforts to empower students in pursuing higher education. With a BA from Vassar and an MPP from the University of Michigan, Hallie brings a wealth of nonprofit experience, including roles as Chief Development Officer at Coney Island Prep and Senior Director of Philanthropy at UnboundEd. Based in Brooklyn, she finds inspiration in her family, including her husband and three children. Hallie is driven to create opportunities for underserved communities and break down financial barriers to education at uAspire. I chose to work at uAspire because of the organization's long history and deep dedication to empowering students in pursuing higher education, aligning perfectly with my personal commitment to breaking down financial barriers to postsecondary success.
