As the Sr. Director of People and Operations at uAspire, Jazmine oversees the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the organization runs efficiently and effectively, enabling uAspire to achieve its mission and goals. Jazmine brings a wealth of experience and a passion for fostering a thriving organizational culture.

In this role, Jazmine also oversees the design and implementation of strategies to enhance internal communications, ensuring that information flows seamlessly across all levels of the organization. Jazmine is dedicated to the recruitment and retention of talented staff, creating impactful media campaigns and outreach initiatives to attract top candidates while strengthening uAspire's organizational culture to support employee satisfaction and longevity.

Before joining uAspire, Jazmine flourished within the Financial Services, Real Estate, and Tech industries gaining extensive knowledge in business operations, client success/people management, and organizational culture. Jazmine is a proud graduate of the University of La Verne, in Southern California, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing. I'm proud of and believe in the work of uAspire and our mission toward economic mobility. It's inspiring to work at a place where a positive footprint is put back into the world and to experience so much passion every day. I am motivated by the ability of making postsecondary education affordable for all and the positive effects continued education has on the BIPOC community.
