Jennifer Stredler is a Managing Director at Common Group, a social impact consulting firm working at the intersection of education, workforce development, and employer practice change. She has worked across the public and private sectors for more than 20 years with roles in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, and workforce development at Salesforce, Capital One, the General Electric Foundation (at the NYC Department of Education), and Eagles Youth Partnership, the non-profit arm of the Philadelphia Eagles Football Team. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Yale University. She serves on the board of directors of uAspire and NYC Outward Bound Schools, both organizations working at the intersection of equity and education.
