As the Vice President of Innovation and Impact Operations, Jessica is responsible for cultivating creativity and implementing new strategies, systems and technology to strengthen the organization's impact. In her role, Jessica will develop strategies for uAspire’s innovative future and will introduce new ideas, technology and systems to address sustainability and scalability challenges.

Most recently, Jessica served as the Senior Director of Impact Operations at uAspire, where she oversaw the centralizing of operations for all impact models Advising, Training & Tech Assistance and Policy. She earned her BS degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Emerson College, graduating cum laude. While in college I had every intention of going into the Speech-Language Pathology field, but through my intensive community volunteer work and internships I found that my goals changed. I realized that my true passion was empowering underrepresented students achieve success and have access to all resources. I know first hand how important having someone there as a guide and support system is for a student's future. I am glad to be part of an organization that does just that.
