Karen Wilber
Senior Director of Learning & Evaluation
Karen joined uAspire in 2016 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning & Evaluation, leading efforts to continuously learn how to best serve students, families, and practitioners and overseeing data management and evaluation efforts. Throughout her time at uAspire, she has held roles as a College Affordability Advisor via the FAO Schwarz Fellowship, Program Director, and Director of Data & Impact. Karen is originally from the Chicagoland area and graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Human Development and Psychological Services.
Barriers to accessing, completing, and paying for college are often systemic and indicators of an unjust society. I strive to work towards uAspire's goal of forming a world that is consistently accountable to all young people. We cannot have a just society without equity in education.
