Simone Hill Okafor is the Founder and CEO of Culture Frame Studio (CFS), an equity-centered culture & change management design firm that designs equitable and empowering environments that enable people to flourish and businesses to grow. She is a culture designer with experience spanning across private, nonprofit, and academic sectors. She is passionate about creating a pluralistic world, one client at a time. 

Prior to founding CFS, Simone led the execution of DEI initiatives at Omidyar Network and managed the organization’s new pluralism and racial justice portfolio. Simone is passionate about helping organizations create scalable practices that foster open, reflective, and inclusive cultures.
